Sourdough 超過24小時長時間低溫發酵,充份釋放小麥的香氣和味道,味道濃郁,口感綿軟,並容易被腸胃消化。「 LITTLE FIELD 小隱於野」隱於大嶼山長沙下村,想像在「大嶼山」吹著海風的自然氣息,品嚐時更美味。

Bagels粒粒手工嚴謹製作,經低溫發酵,先川燙後烤焗,成品外酥脆內煙韌,包體緊緻有彈性;有經典也有原創口味選擇。建議食用時以焗爐噴水加熱最佳效果。

如何儲存:
建議室溫存放一天
如非即日食用,請放於保鮮袋內,置零下冰格儲存,以保存最佳狀態; 可存放3星期。

如何加熱;
預熱焗爐200-220c度,噴水於貝果表面,烘烤4-5分鐘至表面酥脆
*冰凍貝果需提前至少半小時室溫解凍

SOL x Little Field Handmade bread Pre-order

These sourdough loaves are made of patience. Undergone more than 24 hours cold fermentation, the flavour from wheat is fully released: the smell is irresistible; flavour is slightly tangy and complex; bread crumb is moist and tender. Besides, they are easier to digest so more friendly for your stomach!

Another artisan bread choice from Little Field- bagels. Blisters on the bagels indicate long cold fermentation which means tastier! Make sure you spray water on the bagels and then reheat in the oven to revive the crispy crust! Classic and innovative flavours available.

How to store:
Store at room temperature for only one day.
We recommend freezing the bagels in ziplock bags up to 3 weeks.

How to reheat:
Preheat the oven at 200-220c°
Spray water on top of bagel
Toast the bagel for 4-5 mins or until crispy
*defrost the bagels at least 30 min ahead
